Where's my stuff?
Ah, the age-old question! You can stalk your package's progress using the tracking link we sent you (check your inbox, or maybe that spam folder... just in case). Or, if you're feeling chatty, drop us an email. Remember, even robots need a coffee break, so give it a few days for the tracking info to update. Patience, young Padawan!
When will I actually get it?
Nope! Think of processing time as us getting our ducks in a row. It's like baking a cake – you need to mix the ingredients before you can put it in the oven. Typically, it takes 2-3 working days for us to prep your order, and then 4-8 working days for delivery. So, roughly 7-12 working days total. Don't worry, we're not running a snail mail service!
Will it really get here on time?
We try our best, but sometimes Mother Nature throws a tantrum, or the delivery folks decide to take a scenic detour. If your order's playing hide-and-seek, give us a shout (hi@mintistudios.com), and we'll unleash our inner detective to make things right. We're on your side!
Oops, I clicked the wrong button!
Unfortunately, once you hit that 'buy' button, our system goes into warp speed. We process orders faster than a caffeinated squirrel. So, double-check before you commit! If you change your mind, we do have a Returns & Refunds Policy, but it's always better to be sure. Also, please, please, please, double-check your address. We're not responsible for sending your awesome stuff to the wrong house! (Imagine your neighbour's surprise!)
Help! It's lost in the mail!
If your package is taking a scenic route and is past its estimated arrival, don't panic! Our Customer Care Team is here to rescue you. Drop us an email (hi@mintistudios.com), and we'll do our best to find your missing treasure.
What's this P.O.D thing?
Think of it as made-to-order magic! We use a Print-on-Demand (POD) service, which means we only print your goodies when you order them. This helps us reduce waste and be a bit kinder to our planet. Plus, it means we don't have a warehouse full of stuff collecting dust. It's a win-win!
My box is half empty!
Ah, the mystery of the multiple packages! Because we use Print-on-Demand, your items might be coming from different wizards (ahem, suppliers) across Europe. They'll each ship their part of your order separately. It's like a surprise treasure hunt, but with delivery notifications!
My stuff arrived damaged/broken!
Oh no, that's no good! If your package looks like it's been through a wrestling match, or your items are damaged, snap some photos of the carnage and email us (hi@mintistudios.com) within 48 hours. We'll sort out a replacement faster than you can say 'bubble wrap'.
